On May 4, 2026, Jason Nieves and Melissa Caban opened The GAB Spot at 913 North Beale Parkway, a family entertainment venue built around bowling, arcade games, axe throwing, and a 200-plus-seat dining room with a sports-focused layout. It sits inland, off the water entirely, which makes it the answer for the nights when the humidity wins and you would rather be indoors with air conditioning and a scoreboard.
